If any part of the shipment is damaged or missing when it arrives, reject shipment and have delivery carrier acknowledge damage or shortage. Call our offices and we will ship the order next day at no cost.

| Returns will not be accepted without prior written authorization. Returned merchandise will be accepted only in original factory sealed cases and in re-stockable condition. Merhandise authorized for return must be sent freight prepaid and is subject to a 15% restocking charge. Obsolete products and products older than six months old may not be returned. |
