For people accustomed to mixing from gallon bottles, five-gallon pails, or even blended solutions from wall mounted dispensing stations, it's hard to believe that such a small amount of concentrate can make a cleaning solution that actually cleans. PortionPac products are a highly concentrated blend of the finest ingredients. When used as directed, the products perform superbly! Just like pre-measured packets of coffee that gives the user the same consistency and quality every time. 5 Are these pacs hard to control? Just the opposite! Portion control is designed for ease of use, and consistency. Our 35-year history indicates that misuse or theft of PortionPac is extremely rare. It takes minutes per day to distribute pacs to each worker based on their work assignments. Where would McDonald's be without portion control? 5 How do I set up and budget a building? Most cleaning tasks are repetitive, so it's very simple to program and establish a budget using PortionPac. Walking through the building, floor-by-floor with a supervisor determines how frequently you want cleaning solutions to be changed. (Take one corridor of the first floor, as an example.) You might determine that the mop bucket should be changed three times per night to avoid continued use of a dirty solution. That's three pacs of floor cleaner per night for that corridor. Now let's assume that there are two small washrooms on that same corridor that can be cleaned with one bucket of solution. That's one more pac, or a total of four pacs. Continue this process with each employee until the entire building has been programmed. Add up the total number of pacs needed for each nights cleaning and multiply that by the cost per pac. Then you can multiply by the number of nights each week that the area is cleaned to give you inventory and budget totals. You can see how easy it is to project supply budgets for the entire year! 5 What's the difference between metering machines and PortionPac? While wall mounted or portable mixing machines are viable concepts, they require a large initial investment, a back-flow device on water faucets to prevent raw detergent from being pumped back into the water system, frequent adjustments of mixture settings and most importantly, wasted labor time walking to and from the central dispenser.
