"Point-of-Use
mixing is a huge labor saver. If a cleaner is working on the 28th floor
and runs out of cleaner using a metering machine they have to come all
the way to the distribution point to refill, opposed to just going to
the nearest bathroom to refill their bottle. You multiply that by 30 or
40 people in a building and it's a significant saving.
PortionPac also
enables us to have "just-in-time" inventory as opposed to
gallon jugs which, in small accounts, can last two to three months.
This allows us to control how PortionPac is mixed and used. Training is
much simpler, the products clean well and once we standardized on
PortionPac it has been much easier to comply with OSHA.We have the same
color-coded aboutus, product and bottles across the board in every
account."
